SUPPORT TO INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF THE AMAZON

Latitud 0 supports the actions taken by Amazon indigenous communities against the installation of oil wells near the place rich in biodiversity.

We organize various programs in the jungle, especially 6 to 8 days excursions in the Amazon’s hearth that will allow you to interact with the huaoranis and kichwas communities of the Yasuní National Park, a biosphere reserve declared by the UNESCO in 1989.

These visits to the local population provide financial aid that allows them to have more autonomy to raise their voice in the constant fight they have in order to protect their natural and ancestral heritage.
